LBPSB Families:
If your child is currently in grade 6 at a Lester B. Pearson school, you will receive registration information through their elementary school.
NON-LBPSB Families:
This registration information is for students who are presently attending a school that is outside of the Lester B. Pearson School Board. If you wish to register your child for the upcoming school year, please contact Mrs. Judy Midgley at 514-694-3770.
The following documents are required to complete a registration:
- Child’s ORIGINAL long form birth certificate
- Child’s ORIGINAL Certificate of eligibility or Original Certificate of eligibility of sibling or parent
- Child’s Medicare card
- Proof of Quebec residency (driver’s licence or other)
- COPY of most recent report card (for us to keep)
